– All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
– Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.


2. Refund and Return Process:

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone within the specified time frame.
– Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for return, and any relevant details or photos.

b. Return Authorization:

– Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
– Do not ship the item(s) back without obtaining the RA number, as it may result in a delay or refusal of the return.

c. Ship the Item(s) Back:

– Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a similar protective packaging to avoid damage during transit.
– Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip along with the RA number.
– You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

d. Inspection and Refund:

– Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them for compliance with our eligibility criteria.
– If the returned item(s) meet our requirements, we will process your refund within 5 business days using the original payment method.
– Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


3. Exchanges:

– We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


4. Damaged or Defective Items:

– In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
– Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos.
– We will arrange for a return or exchange, including covering the shipping costs.


5. Non-Returnable Items:

– Personalized or custom-made items.
